I get asked queations like this all the time.

So here is a tip that  will make a massive difference the tone and the amount of fat around your stomach.

When doing sit-ups or crunches do you ever get back pain? Does your back hurt when doing other things?
If the answer is yes, the odds are you have a weakness in that area.

But does that make any difference to my stomach?

If you have a weakness in your lower back, you are dramatically limiting the amount of work you stomach muscles will be able to do. Your stomach needs the support of your lower back to burn fat most efficiently.

So what should I do?

You have to work you lower back. Here is one exercise that will be this for you.

1/ Cobra w/ Legs Up

Position: Face down with arms bent at the elbow.

Technique: Arch your back up as much as possible, raise legs off floor and hold position still. Have arms bent, squeeze them as high as possible and squeeze them together. Keep legs straight and squeeze together.

Points To Remember: Make sure head is in line with your body.

Today’s Takeaway: If you work and strengthen your lower back  the fat burning results on your stomach will increase.
