They are my ’3 Best Bum Exercises’ and are targeted to get rid of stubborn cellulite.
All 3 exercises can be done at home without any equipment!
1/ Wide Squat
Position:
Upright with knees slightly bent and around double hip width apart.
Technique:
Squat towards the ground, pushing hips back and bending your knees.
Lower yourself as far down as you can before pushing back up through the heels of your feet.
Points To Remember:
Ensure your weight is through the heels of your feet at all times.
Ensure your knees don’t go forward further than the end of your toes. Ensure you back remains straight.
2/ 1 Leg Chair Hip Extension- 1
Position:
Lay face up with 1 leg bent and 1 leg against chair in front of you.
Technique:
Push body off floor as high as possible, reaching the leg towards the ceiling.
Points to Remember:
Squeeze as high as possible and squeeze through stomach.
Repeat on other leg.
3/ Front Lunges– 1
Position:
Stand upright with knees bent and stomach braced.
Technique:
Take as big a stride forward as possible with 1 leg.
Bend the knee as you make contact with the floor and push back up through the heel of your foot.
The more you are able to bend the knee the more difficult the exercise becomes.
Points To Remember:
Keep your back upright and straight throughout.
As you bend the front knee, ensure it does not go further forward than your toes.

These bum toning exercises are probably more for the ladies. Although guys it will work for you too.
These are my 3 most effective bum toning exercises. Do them 3/4 times per week and you will be toning up and saying goodbye to fat round the bum for good!
A/ Step Up
Use a secure table or chair if doing this exercise from home. Step up with alternate legs and then come back down in between. Do as many as you can with no weight, or hold enough weight and do 12-15 steps on each leg.
B/ Kick Up
Start on all fours, and raise 1 leg behind you and kick up towards the ceiling. Repeat as many times as possible on each leg, making sure you squeeze the leg up as high as possible each time. Repeat the same on the other leg.
